Lunge Club is a new Women in Bowls Initiative. We started it because the bowls green is the perfect place to rekindle a little friendly, commitment-free, social competition amongst besties.

Nothing serious, but maybe just enough that it starts your bowls era.

our philosophy

Lunge Club is here to give you an excuse, outlet, retreat… whatever you want to call it, that gets you outside and having fun. An activity that’s more social than physical.

It’s also a sneaky way to get your steps up without breaking a sweat.

Seriously, it’s some lunges at most, a roll of the bowl, and a casual stroll up and down the green to see who got closest to the jack (the little white ball, which also gets called a kitty).
